How do I upload my picture to OSF?

You must be a member to upload your picture. Signing up is free and you can do it here. Once you have signed up you will be able to upload your picture to be rated.

Who will see my pictures?

Everyone! Well, anyone that comes to the site. However, you can flag your pictures as private and they won't be included in the random voting process. They will only be available to people who use the direct link.

I have a higher rating than all of the top 10, why am I not in it?

It could be one of two reasons. The first, you don't have enough votes. To make it a little fairer, you must have at least 50 votes before you appear in the top 10 or the next best 90 lists. Secondly, your picture may have been marked as explicit and the top 10 you're viewing is not including explicit or naughty pictures.

My pictures won't upload, why not?

At the moment we only accept JPEG images. These have a file extension of .jpg or .jpeg. You may be trying to upload a .bmp, .gif or .png file.

To find out if the picture you're trying to upload is a JPEG or not, find the file on your computer and right click on it, then select properties. This should tell you the file extension.

Why hasn't my picture been approved?

If we don't approve one of your picture we will let you know. The reason will appear next to the image on your My pictures page.

Why does it take so long to approve my pic?

A few reasons. We're probably busy. Sometimes your pictures will get approved straight away, other times it will take a few days. We do try to be quick though. Another likely reason is that you've uploaded a lot of pictures and we want to stagger the approval of them. (It's not unknown for some people to upload over a hundred pics and we love them for it!)

Why can't I log in?

Are you using the right email and password? Sorry to ask, but that's the most likely problem. Try retyping your details. If you still have problems, drop us a message with as much details about yourself so we know it's really you and we will look into it and get back to you.

What's this direct link I see next to my pictures and below ones I vote on?

You can use this link to go directly the that picture. If you find someone on the site that you think is super hot and you want to show a friend, you can copy this link and send it to them.

What does the Share on Facebook link do?

As with the direct link, this is a way of sharing a photo, only this will post an item on Facebook. Give it a try.

Regular, naughty, explicit?

Not everyone wants to see the explicit photos. We flag each picture as one of those three and filter them out where ever photos appear, Rate people, Top 10, Next best 90 and even the small pics at the top and bottom of the page.

You've done something to my photo!

Ok, but only to make it look better on the site.

We may crop, rotate or resize your photo if we feel it will improve it. Remember that a better photo will score higher too.
